An organizer collects orders from several participants for the same products, buys them wholesale from a supplier and distributes them between participants. Thanks to the volume, the price is below retail.
OrderGrow automates this whole process: collecting requests, notifications, payment tracking and handover.
In a regular shop the item is in stock — you order it and get it right away. In a group buy there is no stock. The organizer first collects requests, then buys against the actual volume.
That's why time passes between the order and the handover — but the price is noticeably below retail.
Each product is open for orders only during an order round — until a set date and time. Once the round closes, orders are no longer accepted: the organizer is already putting the request together for the supplier.
When a new round opens, the bot and the web app will send a notification automatically.
For goods sold by weight (kg, l) the price is indicative. The final amount is calculated from the actual weight at handover — the same way it works at a market.
If you paid more than the actual amount, the difference stays on your balance and is applied next time.
Order step is the minimum increment. If the step is 0.5 kg, you can't order 0.3 kg — only 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and so on. It follows the supplier's packaging.
Case is the supply volume from the supplier, for example 10 kg. The product card shows how much of the case has already been collected. If several cases add up, the organizer orders more.
Yes — if the organizer has the item in stock. OrderGrow runs two models at once: classic preorder rounds and selling from stock. Both modes live in the same catalog.
Items in stock are marked with a "Stock" field and a green frame in the "Best sellers" section. An order for such an item goes through the "Ordered → Ready for pickup" cycle with no supplier purchase step — you can collect it right away.
Through the Telegram bot — tap the "Open site" button, or follow the link from your organizer. Sign-in happens automatically through your Telegram account — no registration needed.
If Telegram isn't available, you can sign in with your phone number and a PIN code issued by the organizer.
Open the "Catalog" section → pick an item → set the quantity → confirm. The order is immediately visible to the organizer and appears in your "My orders" section.
You can order either in the Telegram bot or in the web app — the data syncs automatically.
Yes — while the status is "Ordered" and the round is still open. Open the item and change the quantity, or tap "Cancel".
Once the round has closed, you can't change or cancel it — the item is already being purchased.
Ordered — accepted, the round is open. Being purchased — the organizer is already buying, changes aren't possible. Ready for pickup — you can collect it, a notification will arrive. Picked up — received.
In "My orders" there's an "On my way" button. Pick how many minutes until you arrive (on my way / 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 min) — the organizer gets a notification and will be ready.
Items you order regularly can be added to favorites — tap the heart on the product card. In the next round you'll find them quickly without scrolling through the whole catalog.
Go to "Delivery" → enter your address and a convenient time slot. The request goes to the organizer, who confirms it and gets in touch.
Delivery is available if you have orders with the "Ready for pickup" status.
The status updates in real time in the "Delivery" section. Every change sends a notification to the bot and to the bell icon in the web app.
Prepayments and overpayments are kept on your balance. If you paid more than the actual amount, the remainder is automatically applied next time.
You can check your balance under "Profile → Wallet" (if the organizer has enabled the feature).
From two places at once: the Telegram bot and the bell icon in the web app. Order statuses, pickup reminders and new rounds opening are mirrored to both channels.
You'll find the full history in the "News" section, where you can filter by category: rounds, orders, reminders.
These are signs that the item is in stock. The organizer has indicated the item is on hand right now — you can order and collect it immediately, without waiting for a round to close.
The green frame around the card in "Best sellers" and the "Stock: N kg" line at subcategory level make it easy to tell in-stock items from those going through a round.
It means the entire free stock has already been reserved by other buyers. It works first come, first served: while you were opening the card, someone placed an order and used up the stock.
You can't order even a single unit — the card is closed for ordering. Sometimes it's worth waiting: if a buyer cancels, the stock comes back and the item becomes available again. The organizer can also buy more and update the stock.
That's automatic quantity correction. While you were entering your order, someone else placed theirs — there was no longer 3 kg of free stock. The system placed the order for the quantity actually available and showed an explanation.
You have two options: "Got it" — keep the order at the corrected quantity, or "Cancel" — drop the order, and the reserved kilograms return to free stock. There's no obligation to buy "whatever was left".
An open shop catalog at a direct link like [subdomain].ordergrow.ru/showcase. Range, prices, categories — with no registration and no app sign-in. Visitors can browse, search and use the "In stock" filter.
Registration is only needed once they decide to order. Tapping a product card brings up an invitation to register, which can be dismissed to keep browsing.
Matrix → "Add product" button. Required fields: name, category, subcategory, price, unit of measurement, order step.
A new product is created with the "Hidden" status — publish it manually when it's ready. Customers don't see a hidden product, but it stays in the database with its full history.
By exporting to Excel. The "Export" button in the matrix builds a file with your whole catalog — edit prices, stock and round dates in a familiar spreadsheet, then upload it back with the "Import" button — the "Import from Excel" window opens.
The file arrives ready to work with: the header row is frozen, autofilter is on, and fields with a fixed set of values get dropdown lists. Both buttons are in the mobile matrix too — a file from a supplier can be uploaded straight from your phone.
Once a file is chosen, tap "Check" — the system reads the Excel file and shows four tiles: how many positions will be added, updated, deleted, and how many rows have errors. A separate line shows how many products have no changes at all.
The tiles are clickable: tapping one opens the list of positions with the row number in the file and the product name. Nothing is written to the database at this step — the upload button only becomes available after the check.
Nothing — they stay in the catalog unchanged. An Excel file describes changes, not the full state of the catalog. You can export a thousand positions, leave ten in the file and upload it: the other nine hundred and ninety are untouched.
Deletion is a separate mark in the row, not the absence of a row. Empty cells in optional fields don't wipe anything either — the value in the catalog stays as it was.
An error in one row doesn't block the rest: valid positions are uploaded, problem ones are set aside. The "Errors" tile shows which row didn't pass and why.
The "Download products with errors" button hands back a file in the same format as a normal export, plus a column with the reason. Fix it right there and upload it back — you get a file of a few rows instead of the whole catalog.
In the matrix, select products → "Open rounds" → set the closing date and time. Customers get a notification about the opening automatically.
You can run several rounds at once — each product can have its own date, and different subcategories can close at different times.
When it's on, the round closes by itself at the set time without your involvement. The system stops accepting orders and sends notifications to customers automatically.
It's convenient: open a round in the evening, and by morning everything is closed and the purchase list is ready.
On the product card → the "Link" button. A panel opens with two options:
Web link — opens in a browser: ordergrow.ru/product/{id}
Bot link — opens the product straight in Telegram: t.me/bot?start=product_{id}
Each link can be copied with one tap together with ready-made text: ID, price, unit and name.
The web link is for customers who don't have Telegram or who want to order from a computer. It works in any browser.
The bot link is for those who do everything in Telegram. The customer lands directly on the product with no extra steps.
Go to "Rounds" → pick a round → the "Send to groups" button → choose the Telegram groups. The bot will publish a formatted list with a link to each product.
The "Rounds" section offers ready-made list templates:
Ordered — what's been collected so far, with volumes. Being purchased — handed to the supplier. Ready for pickup — a pickup announcement. New arrivals — products added in the last 24 hours. By subcategory — selected categories as a separate block.
Copy the ready text and paste it into your channel or group.
Go to "All orders" → select the rows you need in the table → the "Change status" action. Handy when a whole round moves from "Being purchased" to "Ready for pickup".
Go to "All orders" → select the customer → the "Hand over" button. During handover you can charge the balance right away — three modes:
Partially — charge no more than the balance holds, without going negative. In full — charge the whole amount even if the balance goes negative. No charge — only change the status.
Go to "Orders" → the "Reminder" button. Choose the channels: Telegram bot, web notification. The message goes to everyone who has orders marked "Ready for pickup".
When a customer submits a request, it appears in the "Delivery" section with the "Awaiting" status. You confirm it and the status changes. Then: Being packed → Out for delivery → handover.
At handover you can tick specific items — partial handover is supported. If the customer has other "Ready for pickup" orders that aren't part of the delivery, you can add them manually right from the card.
Go to "Customers" → the customer's card → "Balance" → enter an amount and a comment. A positive amount tops up, a negative one charges.
Every operation is saved in the transaction history with the date, amount and comment.
Shop settings → the "Shop page" tab. Fill in the required fields (operator type, shop page name, tax ID, pickup point address, contacts) and switch on "Public shop page". The toggle can't be turned on until the required fields are filled — that's a guarantee visitors will see a correct shop profile.
Once enabled, the shop gets a link like [subdomain].ordergrow.ru/showcase. You can copy it with the button next to the field and paste it into listings, social media and ads.
The product matrix now has a separate "Shop page" column with an on/off toggle for every product. Products that are on go into the public catalog; those that are off stay in the app for registered customers only.
The setting is independent: showing a product on the shop page doesn't affect how it works in rounds. You can keep part of the range closed for your internal group and open the rest to new buyers.
The product matrix has the "Stock" column (free quantity) and the "Orders" column (how much is already reserved). Red highlighting draws attention to zero or negative values. Column order and visibility are configured with the "Columns" button on the right of the header.
You can change stock straight from the matrix: click a cell → a popup opens → enter the quantity → "Save". An empty field or zero means stock isn't tracked for that product — it works as a regular preorder item.
The "Products" section has a "Notifications" tab with a badge showing the number of issues. Inside there are three types of situation: "Hidden, free stock available" (the card is hidden, so nothing is selling), "Published but can't be ordered" (all stock is reserved — a poor experience for the buyer), and "Negative stock" (needs a manual check).
Each type has "Show list" and "Show in matrix" buttons. The second opens the matrix with the filter already applied: you see the problem products immediately and can decide what to do — hide them, buy more, or correct the stock.
A PIN code is an alternative way to sign in to the web app without Telegram. Useful if Telegram is blocked, unavailable, or the customer prefers to work from a computer without the messenger.
Only the organizer issues PINs. Ask them — they'll generate a 6-digit code and pass it to you in person. The code is shown to the organizer once and can't be recovered afterwards.
On the sign-in page choose "Sign in with PIN" → enter your phone number → enter the 6-digit PIN. After the first successful sign-in the PIN expires — it's single-use.
The PIN is single-use — if it has already been used, it no longer works. Ask the organizer to issue a new one.
If the PIN hasn't been used but still doesn't work, check the phone number: it has to match the one in your profile. Otherwise, contact the organizer.
Go to "Customers" → the customer's card → the "Issue PIN" button. The system generates a 6-digit code — pass it to the customer in person. After the first use the PIN expires automatically.
Important: the customer must have a phone number in their profile, otherwise the issue PIN button isn't available.
The customer's card → the "Revoke" button next to the PIN status. The code is deactivated immediately and can no longer be used to sign in.
The system keeps working through the web app. Customers place orders on the site, and the organizer manages everything from a browser.
Signing in without Telegram uses a phone number and a PIN code. Issue PINs to all active customers in advance — then the switch will go smoothly.
