OrderGrow is an app and Telegram bot for accepting orders and automating group buying. It works for group buy organizers, suppliers, made-to-order sellers and local businesses. Customers order via the PWA app, Telegram bot or website — data is synced.
What is a PWA app and does it need to be downloaded from the App Store?
PWA is a web app that installs on a phone with one tap directly from the website — no App Store or Google Play required. After installation it looks and works like a regular mobile app: icon on the home screen, runs outside the browser, and supports push notifications for new collections and order statuses.
What happens if Telegram is blocked or unavailable?
The system keeps running through the PWA app and the website. Customers place orders in the app, the organizer manages everything via the web interface. The built-in chat works independently of Telegram — communication with customers doesn't stop.
Do customers need to install or register anything?
No. Customers can order directly in Telegram with no installs. Optionally — install the PWA app on their phone with one tap (without App Store) or open the shop in a browser.
How quickly can I launch the bot and app?
The first collection can be opened the same day you sign up. We help with setup: adding products and categories, designing your app storefront and launching the first collection.
Can I manage the catalog through spreadsheets?
