PWA is a web app that installs on a phone with one tap directly from the website — no App Store or Google Play required. After installation it looks and works like a regular mobile app: icon on the home screen, runs outside the browser, and supports push notifications for new collections and order statuses.
What happens if Telegram is blocked or unavailable?
The system keeps running through the PWA app and the website. Customers place orders in the app, the organizer or shop owner manages everything via the web interface. The built-in chat works independently of Telegram — communication with customers doesn't stop.
Do customers need to install or register anything?
No. Customers can order directly in Telegram with no installs. Optionally — install the PWA app on their phone with one tap (without App Store) or open the shop in a browser.
How quickly can I launch the bot and app?
